Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. ordered a size S and it was still pretty big. i recommend a size XS if you’re a beginner like me. overall feels good inside and is a soft jelly material. suction works pretty well. i would buy again 🙂 i wish i was able to attach photos of the dildo here. packaging was very discreet as well! it is wrapped with bubble wrap and you’re unable to tell what is inside 😉

ordered on 06/09 and it came 06/23. the packaging on the outside and inside is discreet so that good. if it you first time using one it’s gonna hurt a little but as you keep going and not rush you’ll get the hang of it and it will start feeling gooddd but i suggest getting a size smaller if your a beginner. use a good amount of lube or oil cause it WILL hurt! the toy itself isn’t too big but it isn’t the smallest. make sure you CLEAN it before use, always! and it does come with lube but i wouldn’t use it if i were you. overall niceee and affordable.
