Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. If you would like to amend, edit or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time to request a change and see if it can be changed, additional charges may apply depending on your application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Heavy and solid, as expected. Some very minor, bubble-shaped flat irregularities on the surface, but perfectly smooth on the ends.
The packaging may be a problem for some – item is only wrapped in a plastic bag and foil, so anyone can feel the exact shape from the outside. Not great for privacy.

I don’t know if it is stainless steel. If I had to guess I would say it’s not. But it’s still a great toy! The weight is the one listed. The packaging is bubble wrap in a plastic envelope, if you want something discreet, you should message the seller first. In the end, I’m very please with the order. The shipping was fast (a week to Portugal).
