Order Confirmation, Cancellation and Refunds
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card to make the purchase.Once your order is received, we will begin the manufacturing process of your doll. All Cherry Pie sex dolls are custom made, production time is 1 to 2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, usually 1-2 weeks in transit (UPS 5-10 days expedited shipping). You can expect the total production and shipping time for your dream doll to be around 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary by delivery location). There may be delays in the manufacture or shipping of products due to holidays, celebrations or unavoidable circumstances.
Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. If you would like to amend, edit or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time to request a change and see if it can be changed, additional charges may apply depending on your application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. If you notice an obvious problem with the box, please report it to the shipping company.
If there is any problem with the product, please send us photos and we will evaluate the problem to provide a solution, which will depend on the nature of the incident.

*Tarp is not included* For me (176cm 65kg) it fits great and I slept two nights very comfortably. For bigger people or two people I can’t really recommend it. For one small person it’s a great hammock for the price! It is very small and light, great for traveling. The mosquito net comes in very handy as well.

A good camping hammock for your money. Seams, in general, smooth, slings on the hammock itself are stitched. 110 kg weight sustained. Slings for fastening are uncomfortable, you need to change or refine. Carabiners are heavy and, it seems to me, redundant, it is better to replace with aluminum. Some where the seams are not sewn normally. When folding, the arches shift and climb out. Then you need to correct them, so as not to smoke the fabric. Delivery delayed. Promised 5 days, at the end of 8.

Great hammock! Delivery from Russia did not fit on time, promised on July 9, but sent on July 11, but the hammock managed to come before the planned departure for rest. Slept in it 4 nights. Used together with a sleeping bag. Sleep comfortably, the back is relaxed. Mosquito perfectly protects against insects. I bought a tent (3×4 m.) in a traffic light for 300₽, pulled on top of the hammock and the rain was not terrible to me. They tried to lie in a hammock for the experiment together with their wife. My weight is 77 kg and 64 kg wife-sustained easily. In 4 days nothing broke. Arcs easily twist and everything is removed into the built-in pocket-cover, very compact and light. Comfortable belts, just threw a loop on the trees and hooked the carabiners into the necessary length. I bought for 1200₽, it’s worth my money definitely.
