There may be delays in the manufacture or shipping of products due to holidays, celebrations or unavoidable circumstances.
Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. If you would like to amend, edit or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time to request a change and see if it can be changed, additional charges may apply depending on your application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. Its a good product, came very fast to here. There is a lot of different functions so i think everybody will be happy. Good design for wasching afther use, it looks that product can handle water. Plus point are: esy to clean, compact, stealth, battery is build inside, super esy to handle. Points that could be beter: device is difficult to hold, you get pain in hand if you have a long session. Little bit of smell is present in the beginning. Afther use i am still satisfied, one tip use warm crane water to make it a little bit more flexible. I give it 5 stars and hope that they inpove this model in the future!
