Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. Warranty and Damage

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.
If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit.
