There may be delays in the manufacture or shipping of products due to holidays, celebrations or unavoidable circumstances.
Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. If you would like to amend, edit or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time to request a change and see if it can be changed, additional charges may apply depending on your application.

Warranty and Damage

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.
If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping.
