Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. And more about product – sour taste leaves the fact that in many different ‘toys’ they use the same construction engine: i mean character of different vibration modes is pretty the same and that is kind of disappoints. On my taste vibration is too fast that makes it too shallow if i can put it this way. not weak, but too shallow. so i put 4stars.
