Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. I selected delivery from the United States and it came in an Amazon box so packaging is discreet. It came in its original packaging box which includes a care card, draw string bag, the toy, the remote and it’s charger. I’ll update after I’ve tested it.

Vibrator arrived super quickly and in great condition in new box. The toy feels and looks of expensive quality! The thrusting a rotating beads are amazing, the shaft is a good thickness! The remote has a piece of paper underneath the battery (CR2032), make sure to remove it before use of the remote. I highly recommend this vibrator!
