Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. Very good it took around 20 days to get here which is a bit but it’s expected for . I was a bit confused on how this worked at first for long distance but I figured it out. You and your partner must make an account each on their app. The person with the toy needs to connect to it and then send a friend request to the partners account. The partner accepts it and opens the friend chat and then can take control of the device after that and do whatever vibration they want to it. It worked very good for me and my partner but we don’t live that far away from each other so can’t really comment on that part about it but feel like it would work no matter the distance.

I have contacted you about this product problem of it not functioning properly and I received a notice about video of it ,I don’t have any video! I put the device on charge for the third time and it started working! After 3 uses it stops working and it is not working now and I can’t get any help from you except asking for video!? I have no video and it’s still not working anymore broken inside what can you do please help??
Replacement is needed to make it correct now!!!
