After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card to make the purchase.Once your order is received, we will begin the manufacturing process of your doll. Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. The shape of the rings is very comfortable but makes them hard to put on. I can’t fit through the smaller 2 even though I can on my others also the rails the cage slides into are quite sharp. Not a problem once the cage is on but it feels pretty dicey until then.

I had to sand the mold line mismatches and very sharp edges off because they were painful when placing the item. After sanding, the clear finish didn’t look so good. My peeny is very small when soft, and turtles out of some cages, but this one keeps him more secure. Not sure why, but he really likes being locked up, especially to go out in public. I love buying new toys for my peeny.
