Order Confirmation, Cancellation and Refunds

All Cherry Pie sex dolls are custom made, production time is 1 to 2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, usually 1-2 weeks in transit (UPS 5-10 days expedited shipping). You can expect the total production and shipping time for your dream doll to be around 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary by delivery location). There may be delays in the manufacture or shipping of products due to holidays, celebrations or unavoidable circumstances.
Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. If you would like to amend, edit or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time to request a change and see if it can be changed, additional charges may apply depending on your application.

Warranty and Damage

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.
If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. If you notice an obvious problem with the box, please report it to the shipping company.
If there is any problem with the product, please send us photos and we will evaluate the problem to provide a solution, which will depend on the nature of the incident.
