Order Confirmation, Cancellation and Refunds
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card to make the purchase.Once your order is received, we will begin the manufacturing process of your doll. All Cherry Pie sex dolls are custom made, production time is 1 to 2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, usually 1-2 weeks in transit (UPS 5-10 days expedited shipping). You can expect the total production and shipping time for your dream doll to be around 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary by delivery location). There may be delays in the manufacture or shipping of products due to holidays, celebrations or unavoidable circumstances.
Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. If you would like to amend, edit or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time to request a change and see if it can be changed, additional charges may apply depending on your application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. If you notice an obvious problem with the box, please report it to the shipping company.
If there is any problem with the product, please send us photos and we will evaluate the problem to provide a solution, which will depend on the nature of the incident.

Great cage. I was very pleased with the packaging (a box and a ziplock bag inside). Delivery was pretty fast which was great. The cage itself is not for beginners, put on only without an erection. It fit perfectly in size, I was very afraid that the size of the ring would not fit, since the previous rings for the cage caused the bag to turn blue, I have not tried the catheter yet. In general, I recommend this cage for purchase, even without a discount, it is quite worth the money.

heavy and robust. bought the full set and regretting it. the spikes are sharp as nails and could easily penetrate the head. the tube was uncomfortable to me so it won’t work for everybody. otherwise I really recommend it!
