After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card to make the purchase.Once your order is received, we will begin the manufacturing process of your doll. All Cherry Pie sex dolls are custom made, production time is 1 to 2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, usually 1-2 weeks in transit (UPS 5-10 days expedited shipping). You can expect the total production and shipping time for your dream doll to be around 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary by delivery location). There may be delays in the manufacture or shipping of products due to holidays, celebrations or unavoidable circumstances.
Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. If you notice an obvious problem with the box, please report it to the shipping company.

A part of say that you have to have an eye on the size, because the XXL “insertable” size is 28.5cm not 32cm (That includes the suction base). The touch is good, is soft but not limp as an spaghetti, maybe 6cm of weight is too much but is acceptable and the suction base works perfectly (that is a thing that not always works in some big models).
Good package, even with that long it was discreet because of the air protector that hide the shape and feeling in hand.

was delivered at the neighbor’s. she could unmistakably tell what was in the package. a box would have concealed the contents a bit better than bubble wrap.
