Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. 1 week delivery to West Coast USA! I was concerned about 2 things based on experience w/luxury USA brand these are modeled on. 1) proportions: concerned the wings were too small to be safe. I was wrong because the long neck of these plugs means that it won’t get sucked in. 2) silicone quality: I was concerned with the shiny product photo because liquid silicone should not be shiny. I was concerned for nothing. The silicone seems quality and is a little sticky, which is normal for quality silicone – oils develop and lint sticks to them. I saw reviews that complained about stickiness, but my USA brand toys are sticky if they are allowed to sit for a couple days. My product had no smell and no imperfections. It seems softer than the gold version of the USA brand in a similar plug, but it is really nice to the touch. It seems very similar to the luxury USA brand. My only minor complaint is that the plug in the XXL size will not stand up – must be stored on side.
