Order Confirmation, Cancellation and Refunds
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card to make the purchase.Once your order is received, we will begin the manufacturing process of your doll. There may be delays in the manufacture or shipping of products due to holidays, celebrations or unavoidable circumstances.
Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. If you would like to amend, edit or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time to request a change and see if it can be changed, additional charges may apply depending on your application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. If you notice an obvious problem with the box, please report it to the shipping company.
If there is any problem with the product, please send us photos and we will evaluate the problem to provide a solution, which will depend on the nature of the incident.

These are great in general. This particular item has a defect in the silicone that looks like there may have been a bubble that popped, so it may wind up tearing and it’s more comfortable worn inside out, but this isn’t the first one I’ve purchased and it’s the only one that had any flaw at all. Do note that they loosen up with continued usage and eventually you’ll want to replace it if your inferior testicle starts slipping through it. It’s still worth it though – these are the most comfortable sleeves I’ve tried, and the asymmetry of the design lets you choose between making them more or less prominent by pointing forward or backward, as well as sideways to adjust for the fact that almost everyone has one larger testicle that hangs lower (superior) and a smaller one that has a shorter hang.
