This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card to make the purchase.Once your order is received, we will begin the manufacturing process of your doll. Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. I was excited to use this toy and felt by the description it may have been a good option given the fact you can angle it. That angle changes as soon as inserted rendering it a pointless option. The vibrations on the end don’t work once inserted as the part just jams. Overall the first use was fairly disappointing. The delivery was 2 weeks faster than advertised so that is a positive. Hopefully I will be writing a revised review once I get to play further with it.
