Order Confirmation, Cancellation and Refunds
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card to make the purchase.Once your order is received, we will begin the manufacturing process of your doll. All Cherry Pie sex dolls are custom made, production time is 1 to 2 weeks from the manufacturer before shipping, usually 1-2 weeks in transit (UPS 5-10 days expedited shipping). You can expect the total production and shipping time for your dream doll to be around 3-5 weeks (actual time may vary by delivery location). There may be delays in the manufacture or shipping of products due to holidays, celebrations or unavoidable circumstances.
Since this is a custom product created just for you, your order cannot be cancelled for any reason and the sale is final. If you would like to amend, edit or upgrade your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date and time to request a change and see if it can be changed, additional charges may apply depending on your application.
Warranty and Damage
Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. Please understand that this is normal practice in the sex doll industry.If your product or any parts are damaged in transit and the box is visibly damaged, please do not sign for the package, you should complain to the shipping carrier as this may happen in transit. After that, please report it to us so we can upgrade it too. Because most products are heavy, cardboard boxes or even flight cases can get scratched or broken during shipping. If you notice an obvious problem with the box, please report it to the shipping company.

Arrived very quickly. Exactly as pictured! works great, my husband and I definitely enjoyed it.
The remote has a good distance reach, better than any of our other remote toys. We tested it at different distances and we were impressed. Even from a different room in the house, it still turned on when he pushed the button. It has several settings and levels of intensity. This will be fun on road trips.
The only problem I had at all with it was I accidentally somehow pushed the button when it was inside me and turned it off. I only did it once, so I think it was just a fluke, or maybe I didn’t have it inserted all the way.
It did have a somewhat strong smell (sort of a machine like smell) when it first arrived but after washing it with a mild hand soap, the smell went away.
I did conduct the flame test on it before using it to ensure it was body safe and it passed with flying colors.
Would happily order from this company again.
