Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to various issues such as hygiene. They will keep the cage in place but they were a bit too big for me to keep in place for too long. I had to use a different urethra tube one that was more suited to me. Very fast shipper. Recommend this seller.
